Our Dream Pillows are handcrafted in 2 pieces; the outer decorative pillow case that envelopes the inside pillow filled with our own fresh calming herbs & flax seeds mixture. This makes it possible for you to gently wash the pillowcase covering separately while preserving the therapeutic herb pouch.
